Back 2 School Breakfast!

Banana & Strawberry Chocolate Pancakes!

What better way to start off the new school year with a decedent stack of pancakes!? 
But not just the regular gut busting calorie pushing IHOP pancakes with empty calories. 
Depending on what you top it with these pancakes range from 150-250 calories!

WHATTT ... YES..

They are filed with  protein good carbs from fruit and healthy fats to keep you filled and satisfy to go back to school ready! 

enough with the talk here is what you will need..

Chocolate Pancake. 
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder*
1/2 of banana (or avocado)
1/4 cup of egg whites
splash of chocolate almond milk
for a nutty flavor which really helps in this add 1 tps of Falx Seeds 

Mix until smooth 
cook at a low to medium heat
LOW AND SLOW!!
they cook like regular pancakes wait till small bubbles arise then FLIP


Toppings
slice up the other half of banana 
add fresh strawberries 
top it off with a scoop of non fat Greek yogurt
drizzle a bit of agave
