Sephora, Mac, Em OH MY!!!

HUGE MAKE UP HAUL!!! 

There where sooooo many good sales this past week at all my favorite stores and more! I got so much I had to share some things with you guys!.

Let's start with health, In my last post I shared my favorite protein pancake recipe and this, and more of my favorite foods could not be complete without this.

Okay now on to my new MAKEUP!!

1. Acrylic Makeup Organizer

I bought this off amazon for $20. 

It doesn't hold all my makeup. Since you see I have a problem.

But its great to keep out for my most used and everyday stuff ( most of it)

It came with cleaner and is small and compact but still hold my two make pro pallets

and all my lip sticks. 

I tried to find the link I bought it from on amazon since it was such a great price

but now its listed at 40! still better then the $200 ones I was looking at.

I have been following Michelle Phan on youtube since I was 16.

So of course I am in LOVE with her makeup line.

I havnt used all the products but the ones I have are becoming a must have. 

On the far left is my MUST HAVE!!! 

The Great Cover Up

A little goes a long way and it covers up everything! 

even my faded tattoo.

It sticks all day even when im sweaty and it blends in when warm.

This is becoming a staple in my makeup collection.

I got it in the color Light Neutral Cool 

The Middle a new great natural lip stick. 

Its a great go to color and it seemed to stay on for quite a long time

Its smooth and creamy and love how it applies 

I got the color Cuddle Up Pink

I cant wait to try more colors! 

Then the Right one was a free gift with my purchase its a soft highlighter 

it brings an extra pop to your completed face. 

Mood Enhancer

Now to my favotire thing about EM that makes it stand out from the rest. 

The Life Palette

This is your every occasion type of palette. 

The one I purchased this time was the Day Life.

But here is the cool part. All the products are magnetic to you can pop them out and make your own to go mini palette!

How cool it that!

Its amazing and trust me you will use it!

I love these palettes. They are high quality and are so light on your face.

They go on and blend like a dream. Im obsess with the glosses.

My ususalls where running low so I ran to mac and got the MUST haves

Paint Pot in Soft Ocher.

Every makeup girl knows you have to have these to complete amazing looks.

Sephora.

Brows I use the Anastasia Brow kick, I got the powder in Blonde 

and these cool stencils keep my brows clean.

I use the one High Arch 

One of my favorite mascaras! The only thing is if you rub your eyes your screwed.

It will rub off and give you a great raccoon look. 

So if you know you touch your eyes this isnt for you.

But its a great voluminous lash mascara!

(better than the cover girl crap i was using before.) 

I know i talked about this stain in my last haul but I got a new color!

Raspberry Crush. Its a great bold red that stays on for hours!!!

and again tastes and smells so good!

Back 2 School Breakfast!

Banana & Strawberry Chocolate Pancakes!

What better way to start off the new school year with a decedent stack of pancakes!? 

But not just the regular gut busting calorie pushing IHOP pancakes with empty calories. 

Depending on what you top it with these pancakes range from 150-250 calories!

WHATTT ... YES..

They are filed with  protein good carbs from fruit and healthy fats to keep you filled and satisfy to go back to school ready! 

enough with the talk here is what you will need..

Chocolate Pancake. 

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder*

1/2 of banana (or avocado)

1/4 cup of egg whites

splash of chocolate almond milk

for a nutty flavor which really helps in this add 1 tps of Falx Seeds 

Mix until smooth 

cook at a low to medium heat

LOW AND SLOW!!

they cook like regular pancakes wait till small bubbles arise then FLIP

Toppings

slice up the other half of banana 

add fresh strawberries 

top it off with a scoop of non fat Greek yogurt

drizzle a bit of agave 

ENJOY!!!

1. When i met CJ 5 years ago I knew i was going to marry him and ive been OBSESSED with him ever since. 

2. Im crazy about anything relating to Slavic culture. Im trying to learn Russian. I make eastern European  foods. I pretty much am trying to become one. 

3. I LOVE COCONUT! It has become my obsession and craving anything with coconut in it. 

4.  I have been to almost every continent on the planet and I plan to go to every country in Europe, Im half way there. 

 

5. im very organized and a list person. everything has to be put in a certain spot and I have millions of lists everywhere.

6. Im grateful every day for all the SHIZZZ ive been through because is has brought me closer to my Heavenly Father and my AMAZING Husband.

7. MAKEUP!! is my life. I crave it, I want it , i need it,

Provo Haunted Half!

WE ARE RUNNING A HALF MARATHON!!

I have a goal and i'm going to finish it! On October 25th Cj and I will be running a half marathon. Im so excited and so happy that I have a new goal.

Ive never done a race and looking for lots of advice. Im fallowing a 10 week schedule that im hoping will prepare me for the race.

I will be documenting my journey for me and to hold myself accountable and to achieve my goals!

Provo Haunted Half

Our Aloha Honeymoon

Our Honeymoon was perfect!

We Stayed at Ko Olina Marriott and really used the resort to its full potential.

We did lots of hikes around the Island and enjoyed being, as Cj would say, "One with the Island"

I Spy CEEJ

We swam everyday

we ate at some great restaurants

Finally got my favorite food in the world!

 This guy was our favorite! He made us our little turtle with our family name on him as well

. 

We got lost multiple times but it was worth it!

Exploring the island and seeing the beautiful things that our Lord has put on this earth.

I cant wait to see more of the beautiful world with my Boyfriend

Mini Sehpora Haul:

I've been wanting to show you guys what have been my favorites at Sephora lately. Perfect time today since CJ and I have been in bed sick for two days :( 

 Makeup always makes me feel better. How about you?!

I didnt get a lot the other day but these are the products I MUST have on a daily basis with one new one I wanted to try.

These are my MUST HAVE makeup products.

1. Pore fessional by Benefit

This stuff saves my life! It reduces the look of your pores and helps with the color so my skin looks flawless

2. Primer by Smashbox 

During the summer I get SUPER oily skin and so that mean blemishes. 

 I hate caking make up on since that creates more oily skin and more pimples

during the summer this is my GO TO primer.

Its green to it minimizes the redness in my skin and helps the pimples from getting worse.

plus its a PRIMER so makeup stays put during the hot summer days. 

3. Hello Flawless by Benefit

I have been using this powder since High School and everything I have tried since just doesn't cut it. 

A little goes a long way so it last forever!

 Don't over do it or you will look you can scrape off your makeup

Just a few fluffs over the T Zone and youre good 2 go!

4. Blotting Paper by Sephora 

Ladies ALWAYS keep these in your bag

Instead of packing on the makeup just use these oil magnets.

They suck up excess oil and makeup leaving your skin looking fresh and natural.

I NEVER leave home without these. 

5.Eye Primer Potion in Original by Urban Decay 

If you dont use this stuff then your not letting your eye shadow live up to its full potential. 

I mean REALLY!!!??? Just get it. 

6. Stay All Day Water Proof Eye Liner by Stila

This is my go to eyeliner. It pretty much lives up to its name,

My favorite part about it, its kinda like a marker so your just drawing on your eyeliner.

7. NEW FIND!!!! 

Every time I go to Sephora I grab my must haves, then I always look for one new thing to get out of my box.

This trips AH-MAZING find was a LIP & CHEEK STAIN!

WHATT??!?! two for you a Baby!

Its Stila's Lip & Cheek Stain and I got it in Yumberry Crush.

First of the color is beautiful and that nice natural pink you want on a summer day. 

Its not sticky like lip gloss so you can kiss your man all day!

It SMELL DELICIOUS, I just wanna eat it

and Did i mention its a Cheek stain as well?? 

Im loving this new product and I cant wait to go and try all the other "flavors" in the very near future.

Dont mind my messy hair, just got done teaching swimming lessons.

But look at that LIP & CHEEK Color!!

You Are My Happy

I woke up the morning of my wedding just so excited to see what the day was going to bring. We've been Waiting so long I was just ecstatic to see it all come together, and of course to be sealed in the temple to CJ.

The hair dresser was my bridesmaids sister who saved the day! At the last minute she was so amazing and was able to come up to Salt Lake to do my hair.
Big thanks to Daphne my makeup artist who made me look amazing and put me in such an amazing mood.

The day started off early but for good reasons. We weren't being sealed till 3 so we started first looks in the morning.

First looks was what I was so nervous for. I wanted him to love the way I looked.
I started crying the moment I saw him.

Right when he faced me, the moment hit me. His eyes light up and he couldn't stop looking at me. He took a step back and told me how beautiful I looked. It was probably was the best feeling in the world making him almost cry! He is my everything.

As we took pictures around Temple Square I couldn't help but get lost in the whole experience. We where only a few hours away from going into the House of The Lord.

Our last pictures where with our families.

My favorite part about Cjs family is the spirit and light they bring where ever they go. They are easy go lucky and go with the flow people, and I love being around them. They are all such amazing people and Im proud that I am now part of their family.

But really no one can compare to the Prolo's. My mom is supermom! She really is the most selfless person I know and will do anything to make sure people are happy and everything is beautiful.

NO words can describe my father. He is everything a man could be. From being a father to being an example of what honest work, to being an example of what a man in the gospel should be.

My siblings are pretty much the coolest. My brother Brad the Swimmer Stud (ladies he is single). My beautiful sister (also single and ready to mingle).  If you want to play a fun game in almost every picture you can play Wheres Bradley :)

This is my joy and my first true loves. 

After all the crazy Hustle and bustle of the morning it was time to take a break and get ready to FINALLY go to the temple.

I could not help but feel of the spirit the moment we entered the doors of the temple.
I felt to special and so loved not only by the temple workers but by all my ancestors that where with me that day.

I had a little piece of them with me the entire ceremony.
I had my Great Great Grandma Celeste's wedding ring on.
I had a hanky that belonged to Grace Gull
And of course a picture of my idol Great Grandma Anthony.
I really felt her strongly has I sat and waited to be sealed to Cj.
She is one to make an entrance.

I don't want to share too much of the sealing here because I want to keep it to myself but all I can say that what goes on in the temple is sacred and beautiful. Most of all it is True! I have never felt the Spirit so strongly while looking into CJs eyes the entire time. I didn't even notice that my feet where fluttering the whole time until my grandma told me :)

After being sealed to CJ I knew nothing could ruin this day. Even when it was already perfect.

Now lets talk about the people who have been with me the whole time... My Bridal Party!

1. My Maid of Honor. Marisa Prolo. My baby sister. The kindest and hardest working girl I know. 

She is also so cute! I love being around her. As she says "Everyone who knows me loves me" and it is very true. 

2. Chloe Rose Wilson. Ive known Chloe for as long as I can remember. We where the best of friends as children and im so grateful that we are still together to this day. She is so loving and kind and I can tell her anything and she never judges and just loves everyone. And has the best vocabulary Ive even heard. She is the daughter that my dad never had. And we also share a brain.

3. Alexa Hermesmen. (Not for Long!!) Ive known Alexa for 5 years but we became the best of friends when I randomly called her one day to ask if I could live with her. (an act of god) this girl SAVED MY LIFE! She was put in my life for a reason and that was to get me to my old self. Im in debt to her my whole life. And we always know how to party! Alexa^2 for life!

CJ was awesome and let all these handsome men be his grooms men. Tyler Cardon. Cjs Older and wiser brother. Clay Barnes. Cjs idol and coolest Brother In Law. Terrance Cardon. Cjs little but taller brother. ( ladies he is single!!) and my amazing brother Brad Prolo. who is so excited to have these studs as his new famly!

During Bridal Party pictures the party was already starting up in the JSB 9th floor. Cj and I got some alone time before the real party began.

Everyone was upstairs and we where told to wait. It was so funny at first here we where just married and we where just chillin outside the JSB. People would walk by and give as sad looks. Finally we started telling people we weren't losers just waiting for our grand entrance.

Oh What A grand entrance it was....

The Party was AMAZING!!!!!! My mom did such an amazing job! Im so happy with the out come of every detail that was put into this amazing day.

CJs and Mine first dance was to an acoustic version of Calvin Harris "Summer" since it basically sums up how we met.

Then I let my dad have the spotlight becasue that where he belongs as he RAPPED!! Ice Ice Baby (our song)

After dancing we headed over to the cake...

 Ready.... Its Time to play WHERES BRAD!?!?!?!

After the cake more dancing (DUH!!!) and then the reveling of the CANDY ROOM!!

The room was so much fun!

Bat man CAKE

It was every child's dream! And mine.

The Dancing never stopped.

 We even got a concert when these two got up and sang.

Sadly it was time to come to an end. Everyone go their signs and we road away in a horse and carriage to end our perfect day! 

Words can not describe how thankful I am for everyone who made this day as perfect as it was.
